CardHub privacy

CardHub stores the account and transaction details needed to run listings, checkout, trades, messages, support, notifications, and reviews.

Account details are used for sign-in, verification, notifications, and displaying your profile across listings, orders, and offer messages.

Listing, offer, order, trade, support, report, and review details are stored so buyers and sellers can review what was posted, purchased, shipped, traded, or discussed on the platform.

Shipping information is shown only to the parties who need it for a marketplace order or accepted trade. It is used for fulfillment, tracking, delivery confirmation, support, and dispute review.

Payment details are handled by Stripe Checkout. CardHub stores order-level payment references, payment status, and limited method details such as the card brand or last four digits when Stripe returns them. CardHub should not store full card numbers.

Admin users may review reports, order issues, listing records, and support notes when investigating fraud, counterfeit claims, safety reports, refunds, or disputes.

CardHub does not intentionally show private email addresses in public profile browsing. Server secrets, payment keys, and webhook secrets must stay server-side only.

Contact forms, report forms, and email notifications may send details to CardHub's configured support inbox so the team can respond and moderate the marketplace.
