Keep offer and trade details on CardHub. That gives both sides a shared record of the card, cash difference, and any changes before an agreement is accepted.

Double-check the card title, grading info, raw-card grade, photos, and shipping address before you pay or mark an order as shipped.

Add tracking as soon as a package goes out. Buyers should rely on the order page for the shipment state instead of guessing from messages alone.

For trades, do not ship until both sides have saved complete addresses on the trade page. Confirm receipt only after you physically inspect the delivered card or sealed product.

For refunds or disputes, use the order support tools first. Keep the reason, tracking, photos, and resolution notes in the order record so the seller and admin team can review the same history.

High-value listings should include front, back, corner, edge, and surface photos. Slabs should show the label clearly enough for buyers to inspect the grade and certification.

Report counterfeit cards, misleading listings, spam, scams, or abusive behavior from the listing or profile page so CardHub can review it from the support inbox.
